PROSPECT
TAKA produced all the props, sets, and costumes for the feature film PROSPECT.
PROSPECT is the story of a teenage girl and her father who travel to a remote alien moon, aiming to strike it rich. Starring Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones, Narcos), Jay Duplass (Transparent), and newcomer Sophie Thatcher, it premiered at SXSW where it won the Visions Competition.
PROSPECT screened theatrically nationwide in Fall 2018 and will be released on VOD in early 2019. The film was lauded for its nuanced story, exquisite world-building, and distinctive production design aesthetic. More info at www.prospectthefilm.com

Props
PROSPECT is a set in a completely original universe. Every detail on camera had to be designed and built from scratch.
Costumes
These characters aren’t part of a military organization or mega-corp, but instead geared up for the expedition at the space-faring equivalent of an REI. Each costume had to be distinctive and say something about its character’s backstory.
Graphic Design
Three different alphabets were designed for PROSPECT and implemented throughout the film in branding, religious tracts, technical manuals, pop art, and more.
Marketing
TAKA developed marketing materials for distributor Gunpowder & Sky. By working directly with TAKA, G&S was able to easily align marketing materials to the unique design language of the film.
